Not able to open application from Fiori Launchpad

Hello,

We are using SAP standard application(Approve Purchase Contract and Approve purchase Order) in the Fiori Launchpad. we have configured the application and executed successfully in the launchpad with all required roles and authorization.

Unfortunately after some days we found that the application are not opening anymore in the launchpad but still we are getting the dynamic value in the tile of the launchpad.

we are not able to find out what could have gone wrong. we have attached the screenshots from chrome console.

Please suggest and help us to resolve the issue.
