If so, can you provide details? Curious to know when the next one is planned and what are the criteria for applying.

hi Linda; yes the SAP higher ed community still offers this. There is an annual customer lead event (supported by SAP). Last time it was in Amsterdam held by University of Amsterdam (also see: https://herug2017.uva.nl/sites#Home-show) .

Coming year it will be organized by Weill Cornell University in the US.

Let me know if you have any other questions around HERUG.

Criteria for applying is very simple; you are running SAP in a productive environment within your (higher) education institution.
