Alternate Managers in OSA

Hi,

I have a requirement to allow an identified Alternate Manager have view access to the OSA in process. I have the field for Alternate Manager showing, but I have not been able to find where I enter the PERNR of the Alternate Manager for the employee. I do not want it defaulting from the BAdI.

How do I get my template to allow me to enter an Alternate Manager?
