How to convert SAPUI5 applications developed on Eclipse IDE / SAP Web IDE to a Hybrid APP(Android) ?

I have developed few applications in SAPUI5 on Eclipse and SAP Web IDE, can someone help me with the steps to convert the entire application into a Hybrid App.

Basically i want to start developing hybrid apps. Any leads on this would be really helpful.
