KM not working !

Hi we are on EP7.0 SP7.

Due to some JDI problem we had to redeploy the SAP PCUI_GP components on portal. Upon getting some help from SAP we palnned to upgarde form SP7 to SP11, the effect of this was now KM is not working and over ESS framework has completely rotten up. When i check the KM Components in Content Admin the following error is displayed....
