I cannot "find" webIDE subscription

Hi Guys,

I have an account on https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com, it is p1942737118trial.

I have an issue: I cannot see in the list of subscription HTML5 applications the "webide" application.

I have tried to create one with the following info:

provider subaccount: sapwebide

application: webide

subscription name: webide

the system returns the following error: "Subscription or application with name webide already exists. Names must be unique across HTML5 applications and HTML5 subscriptions."

the error is strange, because it seems that the WebIde subscription exists, but I don't know why I'm not able to see it.

could you help me understand what I can resolve the issue.

To activate your SAP Web IDE you have to enable it as a Service in the SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit:
