Service Ticket interactions from C4C to Hybris Marketing

Hi Experts,

Service ticket information from Hybris C4C to Hybris Marketing like Lead, Opportunity and Activity interactions in future road map from SAP?

It will be good to have service transactions overview from C4C in Hybris Marketing system.

    Hi Dinesh,

    good point! We have the service topic, i.e. service related marketing processes on our roadmap and will for sure enhance the marketing portfolio stepwise to cover also these scenarios.

    At the moment it is, however already possible to load those kind of service data in a custom project into hybris Marketing, to have it available, e.g. for segmentation, campaign management and in the contact or account factsheet.

      Hi Josef,

      Thanks for the update but I don't understand about custom project into hybris marketing.

      Do you mean custom developments to bring service ticket related information from C4C to Hybris Marketing via HCI or manual upload or any other approach?

      Could you please help to clarify.

    Can you please share how you extracted the service ticket information against the BP in C4C. we are struggling to get the ticket data from C4C

    Here’s the information I got back from our expert, does this help you?

    C4C offers an ODataEvent notification capability that a project can use to publish the needed service ticket information to CPI.

    Within the project a custom IFlow would have to be built in CPI mapping to the MKT OData for interactions (API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV) or the one for business documents (CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV). An own interaction type in MKT for service tickets shall be configured.
