i have one user that assigned to tcode OB09, but when he execute the tcode, the message said he is not authorized to access that tcode, when i checked roles, that tcode has already assigned to him, anyone has solutions ? thanks

Hi,

after getting the error user can execute another t-code: SU56.

This should give additional information on which authorizations are missing. Alternatively you can start the Authorization Trace (ST01).

If you want to see the failed authorization checks you use Tx SU53 and not Tx SU56. Tx SU56 will only list the available authorizations.

Check if the Role is generated --> The authorisations tab for the role in PFCG should have a GREEN LED.

Check if User comparison is made for the USER who misses the authorisation --> The Users tab for the role in PFCG should have a GREEN LED.

If both the above checks are done, the User is trying with some other USER ID 😛

Object Authorization missing:

to findout which object user need tobe authorized,

please take su53 screen shot and assign the object, found in su53

please give the user missing wise authorizations, as per in SU53 screen shot

in suf3 screen shot you will get the missing autorization like t-code and objects etc

Hi,

Execute SU53 after the authorization error. It should provide you the necessary authorization object and values.
