I have reports designed in Crystal Reports 2016, however my ERP software will not recognize it. Is there anyway to save it down so it can viewed by my EVEREST software. My software is compatible with Crystal Reports V14

The version number of Crystal Reports 2016 is 14.2...., so it is V14.
I think there is something else.
If you have another version of Crystal Reports on any machine then open the .rpt file in the lower version and save it.
