Unable to Edit the Charateristic?

Hi SRM Gurus,

We are in CCM 2.0. We have uploaded two custom characteristics using CSV 2.0 file. However, when we are trying to edit the characteristic, for eg: Description of the characteristic. System is giving error message " Error in saving Characteristic XXXXXX"

How to upload using CSV file the attributes of a characteristic like List display,context display , required, etc. We have uploaded Characterictic ID, Description, Multivalue indicator and Data type.

Which CCM Service pack are you currently using ?

Hi Atul,

We are in CCM 200_700 and Service Pack level 8.

Can we implement the note suggested by you? Because, the note 1024002 is applicable for Release CCM 200_640 and is introduced due to upgrade of service pack level 07.

Please suggest.

Hi

This should work. Since this talks about creating a Z Custom eport only.

No side-effects as such are there.

Incase it does not, you have the option to Un-implement this.

You cannot edit standard characteristics provided.
