advanced UDF

Hi,

while we want to create advanced UDF, we got to select one option out of 3 cache options.

1. value

2.context

3.queue.

Could you please tell when we select which option ??

Hi,

>>>1. value

your function will only get one input string

>>>2.context

your UDF will get all fileds up to one context (that means

that if you have a context change - new segment - it will not be added)

>>>>3.queue.

this type will allow you to have all strings inside

(all tags from your messge)
