We're currently availing for the 30-day trial of the "S/4HANA 1610, Fully-activated system" and we're encountering errors during activation on Amazon WebServices:
The software provisioning process has failed on one or more virtual machines. For more information, see the Virtual Machines section in the instance details. If there are problems with the software, please terminate this instance and try to create another one.
There are 4 VMs themselves is shown to be activated but the software seems to have issues in the ABAP System. The BOBJ and Java System seems to activate successfully. I've retried creating the instance 3 times to no avail. How do we proceed to activate the systems successfully?
