Travel request form not displayed in ESS

Hi gurus,

The travel request form is not coming after clicking the <b>Display/Print</b> button of a travel request in <b>ESS - Travel and Expenses</b>. A blank popup page is coming. But from R3 side by T-code <b>TRIP</b> we can view the pdf form of a travel request by clicking Overview tab. We are using ECC 6... EA-HR 600 SP12. and EP 7 SP10..and ESS 600 SP 7..

<b>ADS</b> is working fine. We are using SAP standard workflows ws20000050/ws20000040 for travel request approval...and it is also working well and we can see travel requests in the UWL of MSS. But when click on the tasks the same popup with blank is appeared.

Hi ,

You would Active Control Framework to be installed in the client system.

Please check SAP Note 766191 for downloading the same.
