Alerts are not getting generated in Alert Inbox

Hi All,

I did all the configurations as shown in below two weblogs:

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/09/09/xi-alerts--step-by-step

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/09/09/xi-alerts--troubleshooting-guide

But still I am not getting alerts in RWB->Alert Inbox or in SLG1(Object-ALERT).

I even executed the report RSALERTTEST. An ID was generated and alert reached my inbox.

Please guide me any other step how to get alerts which is not mentioned in above two weblogs.
