Address data retrieved from SU01 instead of user Web settings

Hello,

I have an issue regarding data which are retrieved in the Shopping Cart. When an user changes data in its Web settings (building for example), data are correctly saved but when he creates a Shopping Cart, data which are retrieved are those from SU01, not from his Web settings.

Would you know how to, in Shopping Cart, retrieve data from Web settings instead of SU01 ? By the way, is there any mean to synchronize SU01 and Web settings data ?

Hello Atul,

Thanks for your answer but it does not solve our problem. On our system (EBP 3.5), SU01 and user Web settings were the same and a CUA allowed to manage centrally these data.

Now (SRM 5) SU01 and user Web settings are different, which seems to explain our initial problem. But the issue is now that CUA only updates SU01 data. It is not possible anymore to manage cetranlly user data. I opened a message at SAP support to get an answer.

We have faced a similar problem and logged a ticket with SAP.

I assume you don't use CUA.

All user data (name, phone, fax, e-mail...) maintained in tr. SU01

are synchronized with tr. BBPUM01. Data changed in SU01 are changed in

BBPUM01 as well. Data changed in BBPUM01 are also changed in SU01.

Data maintained in user self service BBPUM02 are not syschronized with

BBPUM01 and SU01. Each user is able to maintain his own data

independently.</i>
