We are using JMS adapter to send the X12 messages to XI and we are having intermittent issues when the server load is high or server is given a restart.
Some of the messages from MQ are not processed by the adapter and are lost.
We have to resend the messages again.
has anyone face similar problems in prod. Solution for the problem would be awarded full points

Hello all,
I am having a similar issue on PI 7.1.
SAP is the JMS server and an external system is connecting a jms queue provided by SAP. This system then puts the files into the jms queue. However invariably a few messages are lost, usually half.
Anyone has any clue about this behaviour?
Thanks

I cannot imaging that JMSmessages are really lost.
If this is the case this is a severy bug and you should wrie an OSS ticket for this.
Regards
Stefan

Hi,
we are also having this problem in our production system, that is, we can see that MQ placed the messages on the queue but there is no trace of it in the Adapter monitoring, regardless of STATUS! Does anyone have any idea as to how to go about finding the missing messages and the reason why they are not seen in the Adapter Monitor?
kind regards,
Joe
Hi,
I am also having same problem in production system. I work in XI side. My customer sends data to XI via JMS adapter. A few files are missing and are not received in XI however these files are send from the sender side. Does anyone have any idea as to how to go about finding the missing messages.
Regards,
Arti.
