How to turn off print immediately ME21N to user specific

Hi All,

I have an issue with turning off immediate printout of a purchase order. The point here is, this should happen to only one user. I have unchecked the print immediately option in SU01 of the user but it does not work.

Can you guide me inputs to stop the immediate output of PO from that particular user?

Message determination is done via conditions. So you need to create an access that also has the user ID as key field followed by creating condition record that have the print immediately switched off for this user.
