troubleshooting WAD graph

Hello, I have created a simple query which I have published to the web using the WAD. When I try and add a graph to my template this looks ok. However, when I run the template, no data appears on the graph. I get no error messages. I am running BI 2004s.

Am I missing a setting or something?

Hi Amanda,

Check to see (through RSRT) if you IGS is properly installed and is working. IGS is the Internet Graphics Server that renders the graphs.

Is the same data provider used for the table and the graph in WAD?

Hi Bhanu - yes the same query is used for the graph and the table. My query is literally showing two values - i characteristis and 1 key figure - is this the problem - do I need to show more than 1 key figure?

No, not really. What kind of graph are you using...have you customised the series or data ranges or something?

No it is just a simple default bar chart
