hello

any one help me to find a suggestion to my problem in training evaluation

the client which i am going to implement training and event Management module they d'nt wann to implement Personal development,,,,,is there any method other than appraisal system for training evaluation,,,,,is there any possibility to integrate any other evaluation system with SAP.....?

    Hi ,

    I don't think so,

    you have to go for PD if you wan to do some evaluation related to employee.
