How can I apply SAP NOTE in SAP business one

Hi,

A SAP note is usually a description of a problem with a proposed solution and/or workaround. Sometimes the note will contain an attached text file with a query or something like that. The SAP Note itself is not a program or patch that you can apply.

Sometimes the proposed solution is to run a task in the Remote Support Platform. If you have not already, please install the Remote Support Platform on the server. You may ask your SAP Partner for a download link, and instructions on how to use it.

Often the proposed solution is to upgrade your B1 installation. For this purpose you can download the required upgrade package from the SAP Service Marketplace or you can contact your SAP Partner.

What do you mean apply? If you valid S-user ID and password, you can download from SAP Business One customer portal.

You can request it from your SAP partner.

Where do you want attach sap note? Why user needs this information? Give an example to understand your requirement.

Hi Nagarajan,

I have an issue that I don't know how to solve. User delivered goods to customer as consignment. And the users don’t want to post journal entry in financial accounting. The user bills the customer for the quantity which he sells.Please suggest the most appropriate solution. Can show me sap note about it ?
