System status Change Lock: Configuration in SAP crm

we have certain orders with system status

Change Lock: Configuration. for this there is further mismatch in the status in CRM and ECC. so can you please suggest how to move ahead and clear the status

    Can you provide more details about "Change Lock: Configuration"?

    Is it an error or system status? what is the technical information?
