HCI: Error o on Component Status View :CxfConnectionException: returned 401 Reason: Unauthorized

Good morning,

I'm using Eclipse plugin to develop Integration Process Flow and I found this error on a tenant page:

On tail log I found this error:

Anybody has same error or a solution to resolve this problem?

Adapter Development Kit for SAP Cloud Platform Integration 2.32.2

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Neon.3 Release (4.6.3)
Build id: 20170314-1500

This tenant already has this error on log file so I really don't know who caused it and how to resolve it.

    Hi,

As the action leading to this is not clear, one possibility could be that the certificates or keypair is not signed by the certification authorities mentioned in https://help.sap.com/viewer/368c481cd6954bdfa5d0435479fd4eaf/Cloud/en-US/4509f605e83c4c939a91b81eb3a6cdea.html.

Is this error impacting the message exchange?. Now you can also manage your custom security material and how to do that is explained in this KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002469460 which points to some helpful blogs.

    Hope this helps,

    Gayathri

I read that article and I found it very interesting but link of "possible solution" is broken so I tried to find a solution alone, and meanwhile I'm trying another problem appears.

I depolyed a keystore with certificate of successfactors but now I can't manage it, can't download / upload new one, very hard to manage in this way.

    ---------

I tried to create a selfsigned keystore + certificate:
keytool -genkey -keyalg RSA -alias hci -keystore selfsigned.jks -validity 9999 -keysize 2048

but I can't send it on Artifacts.
