routine for delivery output

Hi,

I have to create a routine in VOFM for output control.

During taking output of delivery I want build a check that the delivery should be only printed when Post Goods Issue has happened.

How can I do this. Can somebody guide me with the code and how to activate the routine and attach this routine with the output control of Delivery.
