Trying to create an SAP B1 Addons installer .NET Wizard

I am directing as I indicated in a tutorial to create the file and it does not appear to me: (I follow the following path in visual studio 2017)

File -> new -> project -> visual basic

And it shows me this:

Look for that error on the internet and I was sent to the folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Development Environment\Microsoft Visual Studio 8 TEMPLATES\VB

And to sustiruir in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VB
