C4C, OData: Event Notification to External Systems

Dear members,

We are trying to implement the function "OData: Event Notification to External Systems" in the system, there are two question regarding this function.

1. In one of our tenant, the "Event Notification" is displayed as not in scope, we try to make it in the scope but failed to find the option in project scope. Do you know how to find it? If somebody can share a screen snap?

2. We configured the consumer in other tenant, the endpoint is worked well with postman but failed in the test within C4C. There is no CORS issues as we have tested with successful result. Does C4C has any requirement regarding the endpoint options?
