eRecruitment Reporting

Hi,

We are currently using eRecruitment 3.0.

Would like to find out what is the best method to pull eRecruitment information like why we reject the candidate, 'reject reasons', candidate education, work experience, application statistics, etc.

We could not find any standard eRecruitment reporting that we could use in the R/3 client.

Please advise. Thanks.
