Hi,
When we are trying Segementation for INSURANCE the following error appears"Could not find table/view sap.hana-app.cuan.cpred.demo.insurance.datafoundation/CA_CPRED_DEMO_INSURANCE_FOR_ADT in schema _SYS_BIC"..
Our system set up is standalone hybris marketing onpremise.
Please suggest
Hi,
This error comes when the view corresponding to segmentation model is not available at HANA DB.To verify go to SPRO-->SAP Hybris Marketing-->Define Aliases for SAP HANA Data Sources. Here check the Data Source Alias "SAP_DEMO_INSURANCE". Error appear which means this dara source is not available at HANA DB.
Thanks
Saurabh

Hi Christopher,
We have implemented above mentioned notes and also generated test data with report SEPMH_DG_CEI. We were able to use the test data for segmentation and campaign. We want to load a new realtime data for futher testing, but when we import the data it is only appearing in the B2C segmentation profile, the data for Insurance profile is not updated with new data. I can notice that when the contacts are loaded table CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT is updated and the data is visible in B2C segment profile. But for Insurnace we have tables CUAND_DEMO_I_BP, CUAND_DEMO_I_BPX, CUAND_DEMO_I_CON does the import option will not directly update this tables so that the are available for segmentation and creating a target group. Do we need to any furhter settings
Thanks,
Thirupaty

Hi Thirupaty,
have you had a look into these notes:
2070725 - Activating the Predictive Scenario Demo Insurance
https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2070725
2140574 - Activating the Predictive Scenario Demo Insurance based on Contracts and Interaction Contacts

this might help with the customer data.

Thanks Saurabh, Now we can see the segmentation profile. However the customer count is displayed as zero where as for B2C it displays the correct count. Do we need to load any coustomer data with respective to the insurance attributes?
Kindly Suggest
