Hello Friends,
Not sure whether i'm posting in right forum or not but still giving a shot.
I'm trying to set up transport of XI content using CMS. We have central NWDI where domain and track was created for integration repository and directory objects. we have created a user nwdi_cmsadm and password is maintained same in XI server, SLD, NWDI. His permissions was set to NWDI.Administrator and in VA to LCRInstancewriteall.
I have set the exchange profile parameters also
com.sap.aii.repository.serviceuser.name.cms - nwdi_cmsadm
com.sap.aii.repository.serviceuser.pwd.cms
com.sap.aii.directory.serviceuser.name.cms - nwdi_cmsadm
com.sap.aii.directory.serviceuser.pwd.cms
when ever I do the transport, I get an error
Unable to communicate to CMS server http://server:port;
Details: HTTP respose "Unauthorised" from CMS server
Is there any other permissions or any step missing which is causing this error.
Thanks in advance,
Praveen
Please make sure that you have a LSADMIN user, and that this one has
all the required roles.
In addition, would you please kindly recheck all your CMS configurations
as per the doc above and the SAP NetWeaver #04 Configuration Guide,
Chapter 5 Configuring the Change Management Service, which can be found
through URL:
https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/instguides
>SAP NetWeaver
>Release 04
>Installation
>SAP XI
>Configuration Guide - SAP XI 3.0
Additionally check out the How to guide for CMS with XI
Check that the necessary roles are available for the mentioned user.
Did you also set the following properties in the exchange profile?
- com.sap.aii.ibrep.core.cms.enableCITransport
- com.sap.aii.ibrep.core.cms.enableManualSpDefinition
- com.sap.aii.ibrep.core.cms.enableTransportWizzard
- com.sap.aii.ipdir.core.cms.enableCITransport
- com.sap.aii.ipdir.core.cms.enableTransportWizzard
Please dont mix the "l" with a "1" in the first and fourth properties, because they appear very similar on the browser.
Hope this helps,
regards,
jaime
