How long does an email synced to C4C stay in the system?

A function of the C4C outlook add in is syncing emails from Outlook to C4C. Once it's synced to C4C, how long does it stay in the system. Forever? If we delete the email, or if it falls out of the system (due to our retention policy), does C4C also lose the email? Our current retention policy for Outlook is a year, so emails over a year old are automatically cleared from our system. Is there a setting in C4C that can specify how long synced emails should remain in the system?

    Hello Rahul,

    I don't believe that the C4C standard allows you to delete e-mails after a certain time.

    You could create a mass data run (MDR) to fulfill your request.
