Copying contract from one company code to anaother- ME31K

Hi,

Is it possible to copy a contract created in one company code to another company code, as a reference. I tried to copy using an existing contract, but unable to change the company code and purchasing org data in header level as it is greyed out. T Code- ME31K.

you have to enter the new purchasing organization in the initial screen of ME31K before you hit the copy icon.

Thanks for your message. But how it will be done, if we use the same Purchase Organisation for all company codes. Then it is copying the company code and purchase organisation data in header from referance object and I cannot edit.
