My Question is, If I dont have a fixed selling/rental Price for a rental Object for example ( Apartment ), The Price of this apartment will be calculated according to the features it does have, ( Apartment with roof versus Apartment without roof ).
So My question is how can I configure the system so that for every rental object type ( Apartment, Villa,Vila With garden, Villa with Pool) and usage I attached a grid of attributes or features which in turn calculate the price that will eventually be in the contract ?
