How can I activate email notifications on BPF?


I would like to ask you if anyone know how to activate email notifications on BPF. I know I have to configure SMTP and it's already done because I send a test mail and it works but when I deploy a BPF instance I don't see anything in SCOT transaction.

I have also checked SE38 transaction and the UJB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL program and every BPF Email Template is active.

Any suggestion?

    Hi Garcia,

    can you check whether the email IDs are configured to the users?

    • Hi Krishna,

      We already checked and all the users have configured an email address and all email addresses belong into the same domain as the mail server. Do you have another idea?
