Self-Service Support Portal with Sap Cloud for Customer

Hello Experts,

We want to use a self-service portal to enable our customers to raise their own tickes in c4c. We have followed the new version of the support site Support site – easy to create, easy to consume, fun to use.

Now we are trying to add some custom fields and to change existing standard field names in “Service Request”. We are also trying to change OData Services also but no change reflecting in Portal or Dump is coming.

We have tried with Extensibility Pane in Web-IDE but we are not able to change or add new fields, But extension points are not available. Is there a possibility to do the same. Can any one please guide us.

What has happened with the SAP Support Site template on Github? If the older ticket widgets service are being closed down, what are the alternatives?
