how to connect GR doc with IR doc

can you tell me how to connect between GR doc and IR doc. like 1 PO has 3 GR doc and 5 IR doc, how could i know which GR related to which IR? does it have ref doc? i have tried to look at ekbe, but i don't know how to connect them.
