Adding a new screen in customer master and SD billing

Hi Friends, I have two requirements for the adding new fields.

1/ I want to add a custom screen in customer master, it seems that the BADI can help on this, any one have the example for this requirements?

2/ I want to add a custom screen in SD billing header, but I can not get the rigtht solution. Any one of you can point me a right direction(user-exit/badi).
