GRC Emergency access management connectors or plug in system not getting displayed.

Dear All,

I just configured new plug ins in GRC system in development scenarios ARA and EAM works.

When I made transport of all customizing and made an RFC connection to productive system my Access risk analysis is working fine for plug in productive system but when I am trying to configure EAM. I cant see plug in productive or development system.

I cant add owner or controller and cannot configure EAM.

Hello Abhisshek,

please check following :

1 Parameter 4010 for FF ID role name is maintained.

2. check GRACRLCONN, and get ROLE_ID of 4010 role for the plug-in system.

2. Check table GRACUSERCONN, if users have entries here for plug-in system (use ROLE_ID from step 2) .

If there are no entries in any of the above table, please execute repository object sync.

If data is present, you should be able to add owners. Please let me know if it does not work.
