Error While Connecting to license server ; contact your system administrator

Hi Expertise,
Before upgrading SAP Client was working, After upgrading the SAP 9.2 PL03 to 9.2 PL08 we are facing an issue (" Error while connecting to license server; contact your system administrator")

SAP 9.2 PL08 :running in proper way on Window Server 2008 R2

SQL Server : 2008 R2 -- Express versions

Now i want to use SAP B1 end users in my company so i installed SAP client through accessing B1_SHR folder from my server. On server all services are running. Client machine has window-7 license version. I am able to see the DB with company names in choose company list.

Now when i put user name and password and click login it gives me an error " Error while connecting to license server; contact your system administrator"

i installed SQL native client as well on end user machine and m able to ping the SQL server with IP and vice versa.

In my SLD i have server name as well IP address of server.

I tried every thing (Installation and uninstall ) from last 3 days.

kindly help us.

Dear Mahesh, can you explain why https://answers.sap.com/questions/223344/error-while-connecting-to-license-server-contact-y.html uses the same words as your question?
