StyleSheet Scoping (SAP BW 3.x)

We are using 3.x web templates published to the Portal with an imbedded customized stylesheet. All IViews on SAP NetWeaver Portal EP 7.0 use this imbedded stylesheet, however, jump reports deployed on the Portal (no IView) are defaulting to and using the Portal stylesheet. How do we change the Portal stylesheet to use our modified stylesheet?

Portal StyleSheet overrides the stylesheet in the web application if the application is deployed on the SAP NetWeaver Portal. Is there a fix or workaround for this problem?
