I have a transport request that contains several transport requests (for a kind of repack) is there a transaction that clearly shows the objects of each transport request included in the main transport request?

Go to transaction SE10. It should be automatically filled with your user ID. If you created the requests, then keep that ID there. Otherwise change it to the user ID of the person who created the requests. Select the request types that you want and then select "Modifiable" as request status. Click on "Display". This will bring up a list of transport requests. Now you can click on the plus sign next to any transport request to get the details.

In that way (SE10) I cannot tell what objects belong to what included request. I only get the list of all objects that are included in the repack request.

Hi,

Procedure

1. In transaction SE38, execute program RS_LXE_RECORD_TORDER directly (choose F8).

The screen LXE – Collect Translations in Transport Request appears.

2. Choose the icon (Create Transport Request).

The Create Transport Request dialog box appears.

3. If a Transport Recording request already exists for this target language, a message appears in the status bar to

inform you. You can display existing Transport Recording requests from this dialog box as follows:

¡ Choose the icon to display transport requests for the current target language.

¡ Choose the icon to display transport requests for all target languages.

4. Make the following entries in this dialog box:

Client

This field already contains the client in which you are currently logged on. You cannot change this field.

Language

Enter the target language of translations to be recorded in this transport request. The default language is your logon

language. To change the contents of this field, choose F4 and select a language from that list that appears.

Request Type

The default request type is Transport of Copies. This ensures that any transport requests that are released unintentionally

are not automatically imported into other systems.

You can also choose Consolidation transport. This ensures that, when it is released, this request is automatically imported

into target systems on the same transport route.

Target System

This entry is not obligatory. You can enter any target system. However, when you release the transport request, you must

enter the correct target system.

Request Changeable

Activate this checkbox if you want it to be possible to change the attributes (e.g. owner) of this request at a later stage.

Short Text for Request

The short text for the request consists of two parts:

· Under Generated Part, the system enters a short text containing the following information: Translation .

· Under Variable Part, you can enter a short text to help you recognize this request when you fill it with translations.

5. Choose Save to save your transport request.

When I use the option <b>Include Objects->Objects lists from multiple requests</b> to include in one transport request objects from several transport request I see all objects included but without a separation of what object comes from what transport request, I need to see this separation. Is there a transaction to see this?

not sure whether this is ur requirement.

to see, which all request an object belongs to....go to se03.--> search for objects in requests /tasks....give the object directory entry of the object u want to look for..

for eg.., if report Z_ABCD.. then R3TR, PROG Z_ABCD..execute... it will show all requests where this object is included..

Hi,

I am not sure about the transaction code availability.

But , I am sure there is a table E071 for storing all these details .
