How I can find the size of the DMS within the total size of the Solman system.

Check the Size of the Table SACONT01 in DB02. You will find the size of the document stored in SAP system.
The SACONT01 table basically contains documents content, which belong to SAP Solution Manager and are stored using Knowledge Warehouse.
