Taxonomy - Attribute Values in Data Manager

Hi All ,

In Data Manager -record mode , I am unable to view values of attributes which i saved earlier for a record .I can only see the node which i had selected.

While creating a record it did showed.

How to view these attribute values ?

Data Manager Version is - 5.5.35.40

I tried all options in Configuration -- Attributes , Priorities , Trees etc. but it doen't work.

Nilesh,

Another possibility. In Data Manager under Configuration go to the options for Attributes > Hide attributes...below priority. If the attributes you are trying to see are below the value set here it may be what your problem is.

Hello

You question is u entered some attribute values in taxonomy table and when u create record in Record Mode data manager showed those values but after saving the record u are not able to see those value. Right?

do select multivalued in taxonomy mode for allowing multiple attribute values

check configuration settings on Top TAB of data manger,

There are certain Configuation options which affect view of MDM Client- Data Manager in your case.

Check configuration options for Attributes.

If u want some details i can send u mail , in our scenario its working.

Hi Nilesh...

Just try to follow the steps below to meet ur requirement...

1. Go to Taxonomy mode and choose the corresponding table from the drop list of Current table.

2. Go to your appropriate leaf node in the category under Taxonomy area(left hand side of ur screen)

3. Under Attributes area(right hand side top), you can see list of attributes linked to that particular leaf node as well as non-linked attributes too.

4.Click anyone of the attribute you wish to see the values..

5. Right hand side bottom are you can find 3 tabs called Attribute detail, Language detail & Usage by default its shows Attribute detail, that has the complete information..you can see the complete list of values ...you can add more, modify and delete...

thanks but my question is different. As I said earlier , i am refering to " <b>Data Manager - Record mode</b> " and not taxonomy mode.

<b>For a record in main table</b> , i have maintained taxonomy details ( i.e. category and all attribute values ) . But once after i maintain , i am unable to see attribute details.

Hi,

In addition just have a look at TREE structure under the Configuration option or Data Manager. This might help to resolve the issues.
