Two workflows triggered when a leaver action performed on an employee PA40

Hi,

I have a situation here, where an employee has left the position, this is triggering two workflows, one with leaver notification and another with change of position notification from PA40. Business object assosiated is BUS1065. In the ideal scenario it should not have triggered change of position notification.

Any ideas on where the possible configuration for such scenarios is done in SPRO? or any known user exists on PA40 to trigger the workflows conditionally?
