In table /POSDW/TLOGF a customer append exists. In this append structure fields have been inserted and deleted again. The table is active and has been adjusted accordingly through SE14. In SE11 everything looks ok.
When we view the table on the HANA database, the deleted columns are still visible. Is this the default HANA DB behaviour? Or did something go wrong or still needs to be done?
I know i can use ALTER TABLE ... DROP column to remove the columns but i'm not sure whether this is the correct approach.
Anyone encountered the same situation and how did you deal with it?
edit: just did a check through SE14 and result is: database object inconsistent with runtime object.
Kind regards,
Guus
Never mind. After googling a bit more i found this with the solution.
