NI Calculation for late new starter

Hi,

We have a few new starters who started in March 2017 but didn't get processed on the payroll until April 2017.

The NIable pay in April does not include the retro payments relating to March and so they have not paid enough NI.

I was just wondering if anyone else has found this happening and could advise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use predetermined NI & Tax infotype 0874 to solve your issue...

thank you for replying.

While that is an option I'm just concerned that it's not being calculated automatically in the system already?
