carrying the title header in the new page in smartforms

Dear friends.

I am developing one Smartform application. I am having one problem is that in my main window (in next page) i have item header table and belove it i am printing the line items now the problem is when line item is exceeded and new page is generated for the rest of the line item i dont have the title header in the new page.. can any body tell me how i can carry that title header in the new page. structure of application is as follows

First page:

description

Next Page

Header ( title for items, which is table)

main window ( prints the iteams),

new-page if items are more for one page.

Last page

Footer,

please tell me how i will have the title header in new pages.
