User Exit - SUSR0001 not working

HI,

User Exit - SUSR0001 User exit after logon to SAP System we have activated.

Its working fine when we are login from logon pad. if we are login thru short cuts this user exit is not fired.

any suggestion please.

Hi,

Once again try as how it works, but there is no problem your login shortcut or anything, once again you check your exit and data correctly when it triggering and when it is not triggering.

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks for the reply, I had a break point in the user exit.

It is stopping me while login from logon pad....

When I did this.

1. I have logged in to the session.

2. Created the shortcut using "Generates a Shortcut" button availbale in toolbar.

3. I logged off from the session.

4. While clicking on the shortcut available in the desktop.

5. It asks for username / password.

6. Afterthat the session is opened straightaway without stopping at userexit.

since our users having lot of shortcuts like this on their desktop for each and every major tcodes. If they have already logged in they will straightaway work with it. Or else it will ask for username/password and they will proceeed. We want to capture the logon data on second scenario also.

any help..
