Authentication problem

hi,

i displayed charts in htm file. when i use link as http://localhost/<webpage.htm> it displays the charts but when irefered as http:// /< webpage.htm> it display as authentication required in chart area. it doesnt display any chart. how can do solve this? i set security in both query and display templates for all(everyone,admin etc..)
