pp-mps

We manufacture CNC Turning Centres. The no. of models (Header materials) are around 75. We are in the process of implementing SAP.

One consultant suggested us to treat our Header Items as MPS.

Other is suggesting to call materials with following characters as MPS:

1. imported long lead items,

2. inhouse long lead items,

3. procured monopoly items and

4. high cost items

I am confused. Please guide me.
