Pricing Issues - Please urgent help

what is the difference if I use customer price group or customer group.I mean normally for what reason the client will use above fields in the pricing scenario.

2) spend a lot of time on Price list type to understand : But not able to understand what exactly and where needs to implement this.

Please can you help me on these issues.
