Insufficient permission to load template!

I have created a new role in my installation and assigned a new user to this role. I have given this role all the same System Security and Data Access Server access as my "Everyone" role.

When I login as this new user, I get the "Insufficient permission to load template!" message posted in the general log. This same page is accessible and works for other logins, but not for the new.

Have I missed assigning security somewhere?

    Did you specify this user in the security tab for the templates as well?

    Larry,

    You will need to make sure the User belongs to a Role that has ReaderRoles permission to the actual template that the applet is using. Similarly you will also need to confirm that one of their roles is listed in the ReaderRoles for the underlying default templates as well - as an example, if you are using a TagQuery to an iChart they will need to have ReaderRole permission to the following templates:

    Defaults/TagQuery

    BushBros/Application/MyQuery

    and

    Defaults/iChart

    BushBros/Application/MyChart
